All pricing listed is charged in South African Rand(ZAR).
We will make every effort to ensure that our prices are current and up to date. We reserve the right to change our pricing without notice. All orders processed will be granted at the purchase price listed at time of purchase.
Processing of orders
Once you have added your products to your cart, checked it out and completed payment via our secure payment gateway ie PAYFAST, we will wait for Payfast to clear your payment. Once we receive confirmation from Payfast we will begin processing your order. You also have the option available to do a direct bank transfer, order will be processed once payment reflects on our bank account, note that this time period can vary depending from which bank payment is done from, also include order number as reference. The product will be packaged and sent via courier. Tracking number will also be emailed to you. Orders are processed at 11am every day from Monday to Friday. Orders that are received after 11am on Friday to Sunday will be processed at 11am on the Monday thereafter. Orders that are received on public holidays will be processed the next business day. Products and Availability
Starlight Kids Boutique will make every effort to ensure our products are described and illustrated accurately on our website and will provide the most accurate images to reflect the true colours of your item purchased. Starlight Kids Boutique will do our best to keep our website up to date regarding our stock availability. If a particular product or size you would like is unavailable or sold out, please email us at email@example.com and we will advise you accordingly.
Postage and Delivery
Starlight Kids Boutique offers you a smooth and reliable shopping experience with secure payment and delivery methods.Courier cost are free for all orders over R500 and for all orders under R500 courier cost is R65. We include online tracking and signature on delivery with courier enabling you to view your order’s progress online until it reaches you. If an incorrect delivery address is provided or a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, additional postage charges will be incurred to resend the parcel to the correct address. Dispatch times may vary according to availability, delivery location, generally for main centres in South Africa is between 2-3 working days Monday to Friday and 3-4 working days for outlying areas, we bear no responsibility for delays due to courier or other circumstances.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We are only able to cancel an order if the order has not been fulfilled and dispatched from our warehouse, i.e. if a tracking number has not been issued to you as yet. If you wish to cancel an order, please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org, after which you will be notified via email of positive cancellation and refund processing time.
We have a 14 day return policy from the day you receive the item. If you are not happy with your item, email us at email@example.com soon as possible, informing us that you wish to return the item using the invoice number that was sent to you as a reference. The item must be posted back to us in original condition and packaging. All tags must still be attached and intact to warrant a full refund. Worn, washed or damaged items will not warrant a refund. Please note this is for your cost, we recommend using a reputable courier with a track and trace system in place to prevent an item from getting lost or damaged in transit. The item must be handed to the courier before the 14 day has expired from the day you have received the item. Once we have received the item from you, the item will be inspected and if it is still in the original saleable condition, we will provide you with a full refund. Please note this refund payment is dependent on your bank institution and could take between 7-10 business days to reflect.
The exchange policy follows the same 14 day return policy and procedure. Once we receive your email for a size exchange, we will advise if the requested size is available. If available, we will wait for the returned item to be inspected and thereafter send the new size to you. Please note there will be an additional courier charge involved for sending the new size. A new invoice will be emailed to you to cover additional courier charges.
You can make use of our sizing chart to find the best size for you. Simply take the measurements according to the size chart, email us these measurements together with the product code to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will look at your measurements provided and advise accordingly.
